Have a Wienerful Day!

Ok, I have this Dachshund stamp and I ADORE it.
It actually reminds me of my Sammy.
Yeah, I love it!!

A dear friend of the families mom passed away 2 weeks ago.
This friend is a very sweet chick, and a total 'dog person',
so I thought she'd like a wiener on her sympathy card.

Wanna make it?

Here's what you'll need:

Folded card
Patterned papers (Mine are Jillibean Soup)
Ribbon
Baker's twine
Black ink pad (I used Memento)
Dies (Spellbinders)
Foam tape/pop dots
Miracle Tape
Flowers
Bling
Glossy Accents or Crystal Laquer
Watercolor pencils
Water brush

On with the show!

Cover are front with patterned paper.
Cut two nesting shapes- larger one in solid color, smaller in patterned paper.
Adhere them together with Miracle Tape.

Slice the nested shapes down the side, so there's a straight edge
to go against the folded edge of the card.

Stick a strip of Miracle Tape along the straight edge
of the nested shapes. Peel off the liner, and stick
down the ribbon and twine.
Add another strip of Miracle Tape over the ribbon/twine.
 See?

Stick the nested shapes onto the card front.
Tie the ribbon/twine in a knot and trim ends.
Cut two more nested shapes- larger one of patterned paper,
smaller one of white card stock.
Stamp wiener  with black ink, dry, and color with
watercolor pencils. Use a water brush or blending marker to
finish off the wc pencils.

Adhere wiener over patterned paper shape,
and place these on the card front using foam tape.
Add flowers using the liquid glue.
Add bling centers.

 And.....
Here's your wiener!
