Born to Stand Out by Fran

Hello again everyone!

Today I have made a card using some of the Alice in Wonderland themed stamps, which I hope you like.

I used a background from my stash, which I had previously made using acrylic paint on my gel plate. I stamped the twins and Alice on thick paper, coloured them in and fussy cut them out.

I stamped the wall onto the background and used pencils to enhance the stamp with some shading.

I added some interest in the background by stamping some numbers in red, and also went round the sentiment with a red pencil, just so it wasn't plain white

I stuck everything on, and put some washy tape underneath Alice to "ground" her. Lastyly, I went round the edge of the card with a brown distress ink, and black pen.

See you next time!

Stamps Used:

Other items used:
Distress ink in Walnut Stain
Versafine Clair in Tulip Red
Copic Pens
Washy Tape
Polychromas pencils

Love is like...... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello all!

This weeks blog pertains to Valentines Day..I hope you enjoy it.

For this tag I used lots of Spray inks. I just love how they blend. I started with a chipboard heart and painted it with white Gesso. Then I chose my colors of spray inks and just started spraying..

I let them sit and blend for a few minutes and as soon as I am happy. I dry  it with the heat tool. I used a combo of shimmer spray and plain. Next I did the same thing with the tag. I added some green to that to pull the theme together. while that finished drying, I stamped and fussy cut the dinos as well as the rock vista.

I found an acrylic heart jewel in my stash and used double stick tape to have the dino hold the heart to his intended. I put foam tape on the dinos and double stick tape on all else and put all the parts in place.
I went to my computer to make the sentiment, cut it all out and used foam tape to place it all down.
I used alcohol markers to color the dino and rocks and the other dino I used pearl ex watercolor paints.
That's it !  A fun Bit of Darkish humor...

Thanks for Looking!! Stay Crafty!

AMF ► Majo

Hello Friends,

it’s time to continue with another AMF Project:

*ART MEETS FUNCTION*

I created one more box with 3 sides using the fabulous images from Tina Walker again.

I inked the panels with different colors of Yellow and added some texture with a stencil. After stamping the ladies, I bleached their faces and added more ink to the “hair” and their lips.

I stamped different sentiments and added them to the panel.

Distressing the edges finished my creation.

I put a little glass vial inside and gave to a friend with some spring flowers. Later on she can use it as a pen holder or the storage of beauty pencils.

Some close ups ....

I used the following stamps:

The ladies from plate 1523

Sentiments:

Nevertheless,....

Follow your heart

I see humans ....

Ya'll have a wonderful weekend, stay safe and find time to craft.

I believe

  Hello everyone,

Welcome to the blog where today I am sharing a postcard.  I love rainbow colours so today I went for those. I never tire of them.

Here's how I made it:

First I coloured the background by dunking it in ink smooshed mixed with a spray of water on my craft sheet. I dried it in between colours.

Next I added some stencilling with white acrylic paint and using the same paint and a brayer I added some white here and there on the card.

Next I stamped the background using the same inks and a black Versafine.

I then stamped the lady on the card and on a piece of blank book paper. I also stamped the sentiment. With a piece of cut and dry foam I inked the edged of the card using Versafine.

I used some washitape to ground her and added a little bit in the right top corner to balance the card.
Lastly I added the lady and the sentiment.

I have used the following stamps:

Other materials:
MM card stock
Distress Oxide inks
Versafine Clair Ink
White acrylic paint (Amsterdam)
AALL & Create Washi tape
book paper

Thank you for stopping by today !
