Enough..... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone,

I'm sure many of have heard in the media of the two great losses we have had this week. Two very beautiful humans . My blog project today is related to those loses.

I stamped the grim reaper first. then I was going to spray some water on the card before painting the reaper. well I grabbed the bottle and sprayed and oops! I had grabbed the black spray stain instead. I quick grabbed the water and sprayed that and then blotted everything with paper towel. Not my plan but actually turned out good so it worked for the card.Whew.

Then I took a black sharpie marker and colored in his skull face. I wanted the all black reaper look.  I used the black spray stain and watered it down a bit and painted the rest of him. I used a silver sparkle gel pen for the blade. I used a white gel pen to color in his hand and add highlights  to him and the girl.
I painted the girl and dried her then used foam tape on the back. I used my computer for the phrase, inked it and used foam tape for that as well.
A perfect card for today I think.

Go ahead dear, try me.... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Hope all is well- please enjoy the art tag for my project today-

To start this tag, I used a large make up brush to apply several colors of pan pastels for the whole background.
I then stamped the beautiful witch/ fairy once on the tag and again on cardstock. I didn't  want to have to cut out around the tiny stars on the crown...
I stamped the Christmas ball on a bit of mylar plastic wrap for the iridescence to look like a bubble.

Then I used a stencil to make more bubbles on the tag using a white gel pen and then colored them on edges with colored pencils. also, you can see how much of her crown I left on the layer girl.
I painted the layer girl with distress spray stains and then got to work gluing on all the holographic stars.
Once that was done, I glued her onto the tag. Before gluing her down, I glued the mylar bubble on the tag.
I used a sparkle gel pen to color her crown, staff and necklace. Then I just needed to make the phrase on transparency on the computer. I used clear tape to stick those pieces down.

And that is it! Was A fun tag to make.

Birdcage card by Cathy

Good afternoon, Cathy here with a card for you today.

                                                             Stamps Used:

                                                          20146 rose bush

                                                         19932 bird cage

                                                           20137 bee

I started out by stamping the rose all over the background. I used brown distress oxide ink, I also edged the card base with the same color.

Next, I stamped the bee in peacock feathers distress oxide ink.

I then stamped the bird cage on coffee dyed index card and trimmed down to add the center of the card. I then took a tag that had some stenciling on it added to the side and added the flower piece on top.
