EVERY SECOND COUNTS by Fran Chalmers

Hi peeps!

Today I've made a postcard for you - I hope you like it.

To make this I firstly stamped the clock, then masked it with a cut out clock on copy paper.   I then brayered distress inks in Broken China and Scattered Straw over the mask.

I then stamped the main image and some textural stamps for interest.

I then coloured the clockface in with Kuretake pens and a gold chrome pen

I added the sentiment, and went round the edge of the postcard with distress ink in Black Soot.

Not LOST

Halloween is over and in just a minute I am going to start thinking about my Christmas projects!! Before that though I wanted to ink up some of the new stamps I received in my last parcel of happiness.

I started with a scrap of watercolor paper and sprinkled some Brusho on one side and then sprayed with water.

I stamped the Wright Brothers Walking first, masked them and then stamped the Map of Arctic.  Both are stamped in archival ink.  I framed the Wright Brothers with a miniature blank polaroid from Um Wow Studios.

The chip is distressed with Distress Ink and water.

The sentiment is stamped on a scrap of white paper, Not all Who Wander, and then 'sewn' on with the Stitching stamp.

Thanks for popping in today!!  Now go get inky!!
