Happy Birthday ► Majo

Hi Peeps,

 it’s me again 😀

Today I show you a birthday card for my friend who favors orange and red flowers. Red is not my color, so I stuck to the Orange.

I used a lot of stamps:

20343

19416

10480

Circles 19998,19999, 20000,

from the Plate 1480, designed by Tara Calihan

14093

14092

I stamped the floral background in different colors and the circles right on top. After cutting them, I added a bit more ink and distressed the edges.

I stamped the waybill on my card and adhered the circles (flowers) with pop dots. I stamped the leafs and just fuzzy cut the stems.

The sentiment finished my birthday card.

While creating it popped to my mind that I had made a similar card ages ago, and see what a difference color makes:

Shit ► Majo

Hello, my friends!

We have Mail Art Mondays, this time I decided to make it a Tuesday …. And no, I’m not “stalking” Tera!

How would you feel standing on bombs? Yep, just the way my ole Einstein feels …

I started by stamping him on my envelope and masked the image. I applied distress ink in Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass, leaving out the address label. I stamped the flowers and the bombs on top and colored the flowers with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.

I added the word (His feelings) on the protest sign and some sentiments on the background for more texture. A postage stamp finished my envelope.

I have used the following stamps:

Hellooooo from set 1480
Sentiment from set 1459
Doodle circles from set 1471
Word from set 1517
Flowers from set 1471

Please stay safe, my friends and Happy Crafting ♥
