Quick Gift Bags.

Hello, it's Mary here with a simple idea perfect for wrapping up a quick gift!

Each year for National Scrapbooking Day, a group of crafty gal pals and I pack up our supplies and head off to parts unknown for a few days and create.  It's always fun to bring a little gift, and here's a peek at this years offering...

I've stitched together a few layers of vintage dictionary pages to create a pocket, then heat embossed the Butterfly Specimens image in WOW! embossing powder in Opaque Bright White and gave them a quick wash with a bit of watercolor.

To embellish, I've wired a white May Arts silk ribbon bow and a flower to a shaped paperclip and attached it to the flap.  A monogrammed brad serves as the perfect closure.  Now all's that left to do is to fill them up with a few crafty goodies and I'm ready to go!

If you'd like to see last years gift bags, check them out HERE.

Thanks so much for joining me today, and I'll see you next time!
