Hi Lovelies
Welcome back here :)
Today, I like to share a very simple Birthday card.
Close-ups:
And that's how I made it:
1.) In the first step I need watercolor paper, a VersaMark ink pad and transparent embossing powder.
2.) I stamped and embossed my image 5 times. Now I'm coloring it purple with my handmade watercolor paint.
3.) After the circles have dried, I cut them out and punch out an equal number of circles from black cardstock using a 1 3/4" circle punch.
4.) Now I put the circles together. To do this I use 3D foam (double-sided adhesive) and a string of colored Scrappers floss. The 3D foam goes behind my stamped image and the string between the small and large circle.
5.) Now I need a background for the card. To do this, I simply take postcard-sized watercolor paper and spray it with pink Dylusions paint spray. I paint around the edges with a black marker. Now I can position my finished "balloons" and stick them on.
Finally, I stick some text onto the card (also with 3D foam). I bundle the loose ends of the strings under the 3D glue. Done!
