Good morning, Cathy here with a Halloween tag.
I found this tag in my Halloween goodies. I did this a while ago with Tim Holtz shifter stencil.
I stamped
Nosferatu on Kraft cardstock and added some Halloween ephemera to the tag and on top I added washi tape.
