Let's go by Cathy N

Good afternoon, all Cathy here with a fun postcard for you today.

                                                             Stamp Used:

19803 boys playing with shopping cart

I started out by stamping boys playing with shopping cart on some watercolor paper. I colored it in with copic markers and then colored the background with some distress inks and a water brush. I layered it on black cardstock.

Next, I made the flag/banner pole. I used some washi tape and some pattern paper. I glued a pomp-pomp to the top and added to a 4x6 pattern paper for the postcard.

No humanity by ~*Arwen*~

 Hi peeps :)

Welcome to this Blog xx

I like to share my newest postcard for today and the way, I made it.

First the finished card:

Close-ups:

And thats how I created it:

1.) I use postcard-sized watercolor paper and divide it at 4cm from the bottom.

2.)I cover the divided area for now and stamp my chosen image.

3.)I now draw my chosen pattern using a Micron Pen and pencil.

4.) Once my pattern is finished, I start coloring and shading it.

5.) I decorate the pattern with a white POSCA pen and can now continue coloring the rest of the card.

6.) Now all that's missing is some text and a bit of shimmer spray, and the card is ready.

We are all weirdos by Cathy N

Goodmorning all, Cathy here with a Halloween-ish card for you all.

                                                                       Stamps Used:

                                                                         Plate 1504

I stared off by making the background using distress ink and I smooched it on the craft mat and picked it up and dried. I did that a few times. Next, I stamped some of the stamps in the same ink for the background. I edged it with a dark brown distress ink.

Then I stamped the branch in the same dark brown distress oxide in on the top and then I used black ink to stamp the rest around the card.

hell is empty.... by Tracy blackwolf

Hello all-I made a card for todays blog- its a bit dark but its how I feel...Hope you like it anyway..

For this scene, I sprayed some Distress spray stains for the background As I envisioned my scene- sky, grass, earth, under world...

I had to fee hand the hell scape- Which I'm not great at which is why I stamp. Lol.
after getting the inks where I wanted them, I went in with some black pan pastel and a soft brush to darken hell scape. I then stamped the devils so they look like they are emerging into our world.
I then painted  them red and added flames to the hell cave. Also I stamped the trees in the background.

I went over the whole scene with watercolor pencils to add to the details and depth of the scene. I also kept adding to the dirt piles the devils are emerging from until I was  happy with the look.
Last, I used my computer and transparency to get the phrase.
I added a bit of 'smoke' rising from the devils with pan pastel black. I put the phrase on and done.
Hope you enjoyed!

Stamps used:
Devil   19905
Fir trees silhouette   19723

 Other supplies:
Distress spray stains
Watercolor pencils
black pan pastel
multifarious card stock
