For an "old" sweetie ► Majo

Hi Folks,

Majo here today to show you a Birthday card I made for an "old" friend.

We are a group of girls and since we didn't know just what to give the "ole gal" we decided on a coupon for a beauty shop.

My seed packet die from Sizzix just fit the purpose and the awesone ladies stamp, well, you already guess :)

I stamped the image after cutting the envelope and the card and coloured it with Distress inks.

I stamped the Birthday sentiment on the card and decorated it by stamping some flowers around it.

That's all it needs for a quick and funny Birthday card.

I have used the following stamps:

2748 - The lovely Ladies
20146 - The flowers
14307 - The Sentiment

Other Supplies:

Sizzix Die #658448
Ranger Distress Inks

You can get the stamps right here:

Pair of Cards by Preeti D.

Hi friends :)
Hope you are doing well.
Preeti Datta (Dutt Preety) here from the VLVS! Design Team.
For today's post, I've created a Pair of Simple Cards.
I've used some gorgeous VLVS! Rubber Stamps here.
I was inspired by Banksy Style Graffiti Art.

VLVS! Banksy stamps are amazing. I love them!

The process is quite simple. I stamped the VLVS! stamps onto watercolour paper.

Then die cut the panels using rectangle dies and did background stamping using grey archival ink.

Then did very light watercolouring using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

Added the sentiments using Tim Holtz stickers. In the end, matted the panels in black and then white and adhered them to cream coloured A2 sized card bases.

VLVS! Supplies:
Other Supplies:
Kuretake: Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers
Canson: XL Watercolour Paper
Tsukineko: Versafine Onyx Black Inkpad
Hero Arts Rectangle Dies

Thanks a lot for your precious time :)
Stay Blessed!

Celebrate ► Majo

Hello everyone,

welcome to the VLVS! blog where today I have card to share with you.

My teamies almost always create the wildest things with the awesome stamps, today I'd like to show you that you can also make a birthday card which would suit to give to Mom, Grandma or any other "dignified" person :)

I have used the circles (flowers) from the Set 1480, designed by my teamie Tera Callihan.

I started by creating my Master Board with Distress ink: Wild Honey, Shaded Lilac and Tumbled Glass:

I stamped and fuzzy cut the circles (flowers) and added some bleach to set some highlights.

I found some wooden hearts in my stash and inked them with the same colours I used before. The stems were just hand cut. The word was stamped with Distress embossing ink and heat embossed with Stampendous Detail White powder ... and ready is my card for either a birthday or any other celebration.

Some closeups ...

The Stamps I used:

Circle Pattern Circle 2 1/2 x 2 1/2

Striped Pattern Circle 2 x 2

Celebrate 3/4 x 3 1/4

Have a wonderful day, thanks for stopping by and as always ..... Happy Crafting ♥

Don't forget that our challenge over at our Facebook group is still underway.
