A Happy New Year ATC

Happy New Year, stampers, artisans and friends! :)  Here's my ATC to celebrate the occasion.  For this I stamped Lady With Drink on Kromecote cardstock.  Once she was trimmed out, I layered her onto stamped/colored a background of music.  A Happy New Year was stamped onto patterned cardstock and layered onto a card backdrop that has been misted with color and stamped with dots using Plate 1430.  For a final touch, I added a bit of acrylic paint as border for the card and a single star gem.
