Let's get lost by Cathy N

Good morning, Cathy here with a quick card for you.

                                                             Stamps Used:

                                                     19340 map of the world

                                                    19348 let's get lost

I had a background already made and I stamped the map of the world on it. I trimmed it down and layered it on black cardstock.

Next, I stamped let's get lost and cut out and layered it on black cardstock also. I added foam tape to rase it up a bit and added it the middle of the card.

I then added it to a brown card base.

Fight for your rights by ~*Arwen*~

 Hi Lovelies

Welcome back on this Blog and welcome to my last project for 2025-

I created this card and with that one, I wish you more love, more peace, and more freedom in 2026 💜

a lil' close-up:

And that's the way, I made it:

1.) For my card, I'm using watercolor paper in postcard size and stamping the image onto the center of it with VersaFine Clair ink.

2.) Before I color the image, I wipe the background. For this, I use a large makeup sponge and VersaFine Clair ink.

3.) To darken the edges even further, I use a small makeup sponge and a darker shade.

4.) To design the background, I'm using this stamp. For the color, I'm choosing the same shade as for the dark edges.

5.) I'm now coloring the picture with various pens and handmade watercolors. I'm adding accents with an acrylic pen. After that, I'll add some text, and the card will be finished.

All stamps, I used:

- Pirate Otto

- Doodle Dots

- Shadow Alphabet

other supplies:

- Watercolor Paper

- Cardstock

- VersaFine Clair (Nocturne, Bali Blue, Warm Breeze)

- handmade watercolors

- ZIG Pens

- Molotow acrylic pen

See ya next year *mwah*

Happy Holidays By Tracy Blackwolf

Hello all! My card this week is a winter card- hope you enjoy.

I began the card by stamping the house and then the trees on either side.

I used Dr.PH Martins bleed proof white for snow on everything. I used it pretty thick. I let dry overnight as I was done for the day.

Next I used the colors you see in the photo for the sky and some on the ground. I kept adding and playing until I was happy with the result.
Next I used neon acrylic paints for the holiday lights. I dabbed a tiny bit on of each color. The paint is not in the best containers so the paint started to dry and was a bit thick in some of the pots. It worked out well for the application though. I then took a fan brush and dipped in water and then into the Dr PH Martins white again and splattered it all over for the snowing look. It does dry fairly fast so then I added the smoke from the chimneys with white pan pastel. I added more snow to the trees and ground to get the look I wanted. Last, I stamped the coyote/ wolf/ dog to complete the scene. Then layered on to card stock for the finished look.

Stamps used:
House lg.     9864
Howling coyote silhouette.     19709
Straggly pine trees.     19582

Other supplies
Dr PH Martins bleed proof white
Neon acrylic paints
Distress spray stains
