Jellyfish by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Todays project is a card that could be framed for the wall...

I started this card by spraying some salvaged patina, squeezed lemonade and stormy skies distress spray on and using a paint brush to smooth it out.

I dried it and then stamped the sea scene. I colored it with alcohol markers and prisma colored pencils. for the sand I swiped my memento dye ink pad  - desert sand across the bottom. I used alcohol markers to dot the sand. For the shadows on the sand, I used a qtip and Gray Flannel memento ink pad. dab and swipe.

Next I stamped the jelly fish and used spray stains and colored pencils to color them.
Then I used a sparkle gel pen to line the tentacles and add highlights. I used a white gel pen to add the bubbles from plants and around jelly fish.
Last I used a scales stencil and some chalk to the add to the background here and there.
Hope you enjoy my kind of dreamy card!

After that I stamped the dragon in pool and colored him with copic markers.

Lastly, I added the water pipe on top of the card, so it looks like the dragon is waiting for the water to come out of it.

Happy 420 by ~*Arwen*~

 Hi peeps ❤❤❤

Welcome back at VLVS .

Today, I like to share my card for today ;)

close-ups:

And that's the way how I made it:

1.) In the first step, I choose watercolor paper from Canson and cut it to the dimensions 14.3 cm x 14.3 cm. Next, I position the hemp leaf in the center and stamp the text above and below. Now I can color the background.

2.) To design the background a little more, I randomly stamp the hemp leaf in olive green with a chalk ink pad.

3.) In the next step, I stamp the hemp leaf three times on a separate piece of paper so that I can cut it out later.

4.) All three sheets are now colored and then cut out.

5.) I cover one of the three leaves completely with 3D foam and glue it in the center of the hemp leaf I stamped at the beginning. I cut the other two leaves apart and glue them (also with 3D foam) individually onto the stamped background leaves.

6.) Finally, I color the lettering in neon pink and add splashes of the same color all over the card using the water brush.

All stamps, I used:

- Hemp Leaf

- Neon Alphabet and numbers

Other supplies:

- Watercolorpaper (Canson)

- VersaFine Clair

- ColorBox chalk olive green

- handmade watercolors

- 3D Foam

- Cardstock

Have a nice day and see ya soon *mwah*

Queen of Crows by Tracy Blackwolf

Hello Everyone! Happy spring! Enjoy the blog card today~

I started by stamping the two images- bird and woman. Then I took my craft knife and cut out her hand and a good portion of her forearm. Leaving it attached at the outside edge. I wanted her to be able to hold her crow. I then cut out the crow.

I then painted her with distress spray stains.

While she dried, I got my card layers ready. I stamped the birds on a wire on the piece she was going on, and then stamped the tree several times. The card is almost like a fabric. its very shimmery.

I then layered it onto a larger layer before laying onto my card. it also has sparkles in it. For the crows eye, I used a fishing lure 3D sticker. For the lady's crown I used a small piece of Dresden trim.

I used foam tape on her upper body and double stick tape for the lower. the crow also has foam tape. Its quite dimensional too bad it doesn't translate on the computer.
And that is it!

Stamps used:
Weathered tree    19467
Birds on a wire    13039
Beautiful retro lady looking up    8280
Raven   1904

Other supplies:
Dresden trim- crown
Distress spray stain:  Tattered rose, Victorian velvet, tea dye, twisted citron, cracked pistachio, saltwater taffy
Black memories ink
